Pierwsza ogólnoświatowa trasa Bon Jovi. Promowała album “Slippery When Wet”. Zespół wystąpił pierwszy raz w Kanadzie czy Australii.

Pierwsza część koncertów w Kanadzie to support dla Judas Priest, a druga część w Ameryce Południowej dla .38 Special.

Zespół dodawał coraz więcej koncertów w związku z sukcesem singli, a następnie płyty. W konstrukcji trasy widać czasami 3, a nawet 4 koncerty pod rząd, gdzie daje się zauważyć “wciskanie” występu w dniu pierwotnie zaplanowanym jako przerwa.

Podczas trasy pojawiały się pierwsze problemy Jona z głosem. Często w najwyższych dźwiękach pomagali mu pozostali muzycy.

Podczas części w Ameryce Północnej jako support występował zespół Cindarella, w Europie – Queensrÿche, w Wielkiej Brytanii – FM, w Australii – The Choirboys. Poza tym grali także Twisted Sister, The Smithereens oraz Keel and Winger

Podczas trasy zespół wystąpił podczas festiwalu “Monster Of Rock 1986” w Niemczech, gdzie gwiazdą wieczoru była grupa Scorpions.

Podczas koncertów wykorzystywano uprząż, gdzie Jon Bon Jovi unosił się nad publicznością, co stało się wizytówką występów.
